Put Me to Sleep

A soothing herbal bath soak crafted to support relaxation, stress release, and restorative rest.

Ingredients: Epsom Salt, Calendula, Chamomile, Plantain Leaf, Lavender, Peppermint Leaf.

Intention: Some days require release. Put Me to Steep was created as a ritual bath soak to support relaxation, grounding, and rest. Draw the bath when you’re done holding it all together and ready to let go. Light the candle. Sink in. The rest can wait.

Instruction: Draw your bath, fill one tea bag (included) with a few scoops of the blend. Toss in the bath and allow to "steep" for 3-5 minutes.
